Yoga Body Sculpt… It’s Fun!!
Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks.The muscles targeted in sculpt are not typically strengthened in a classic vinyasa class, but are necessary in your yoga practice. You’ll combine free weights, resistance bands and a bit of cardio while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. By having the ability to increase or decrease the amount of weight you use, you are always able to make it more or less challenging. What sets yoga body sculpt apart from other workouts, is that yoga body sculpt, like all yoga classes, has a mental and emotional focus. Not only do these classes strengthen your body, but they also strengthen and challenge your mind. A huge benefit of sculpt classes is that it provides an opportunity for both advanced and beginner yogis to target the muscles they need to have a strong and safe yoga practice. Light weights or resistance bands encouraged but not required. Don’t have weights? Use water bottles or get creative with what you have around the house.
