The state-of-the-art pasta production shop shares the space and offers made-from-scratch pasta produced with fresh ingredients. The pasta is used in dishes served in DeRomo’s Restaurant and Deli, and pasta is also available in the Gourmet Market to take home and prepare.  Pasta is available in long cuts and specialty shapes and sizes, including fettuccine, pappardella, capellini, spaghetti, rigatoni, mafalda, rotelli spirals, jumbo shells and pasta sheets. Fresh stuffed pasta, including ravioli, manicotti, cannelloni and jumbo shells, are also available. DeRomo’s pasta specialists can also create customized blends from traditional egg pastas, spinach, tomato, black squid and a variety of other specialty and seasonal flavors.
